Probate extraction
We can obtain the Grant of Probate on behalf of the named Executor if there is a Will, or on behalf of the Administrator if there is no Will. This allows the Executor or Administrator to collect funds, pay any outstanding debts, and then distribute and/or transfer the remaining assets to the beneficiaries.
What is Probate extraction?
At Laurelo, we can obtain the Grant of Probate on behalf of the named Executor if there is a Will or Administrator if there is no Will. This allows the Executor and Administrator to collect in funds, pay any outstanding debts and then distribute and/or transfer the assets to the beneficiaries.
- Have an initial face to face consultation.
- Ask the Executor or Administrator to complete a Fact Find, which will ask for key information about the deceased’s assets and debts at the date of death.
- Use the Fact Find to prepare the paperwork for the Probate Registry and HMRC (as this is always required) for signature.
- Submit the application to the Probate Registry.
- Upon receipt of the Grant of Probate, we will send this to the Executor or Administrator to allow them to complete the process.

EXCELLENT Based on 108 reviews Posted on Trevor HansonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Paul Radcliffe explained the process of probate for my late mother estate in great detail and clearly has huge knowledge and experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.Posted on Robin BrownTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Olivia arranged for a search for my wife's will which had been lost during a sequence of solicitors collapses. She chased it for 6 months with a full update every month. It was finally agreed lost and Olivia briefed a colleague who then arranged the formal process to allow probate to be granted. Olivia and her colleagues were very supportive during the process with prompt communication and kindness.Posted on Desmond JamesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. LAURELO (and in particular Annie and Michael) have been nothing short of wonderful - they’ve been caring, helpful, supportive, understanding. They’ve never applied pressure in any way shape or form, they’ve shown remarkable patience whilst I was dealing with bereavement and unusual financial circumstances, and Annie has shown huge kindness and empathy. I cannot recommend LAURELO, and Annie, highly enough. They have my utmost thanks and appreciation.Posted on Ann JobnsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Paul Radcliffe visited me and my Aunt at home on 27/1/2025, as we needed to get probate for my late Uncle. We found him to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He fully explained, in terms we could understand, the factors involved in this matter. My Aunt and I were reassured that Paul would handle the details for us, and we would recommend both him and his company to anyone else seeking help with these matters Ann JohnsonPosted on Jan MorganTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After my husband died recently I was overwhelmed with the amount of paperwork required and decided I could not cope with probate as well. I contacted Laurelo and Jerry Mahony was with me within the week. He explained the process clearly, including the cost and took all the information necessary away. The relief I felt from getting this off my shoulders at this difficult time was immense. From that moment on I was kept well informed and felt supported by Jerry and Paul Baker who answered any questions I had. I received the Probate document in less than 8 weeks even with Christmas and New Year in between. I would like to thank all the team including Annie in the office for doing all they said they would and for meeting all their commitments, I am very happy to recommend their service . After having a shambolic encounter with a solicitor after my Dad passed away, a friend recommended the services of Laurelo. I’d not heard of a service like this before. From the very first phone call I felt confidence in this refreshing service. Jerry Mahoney visited me and talked to me as a grieving human being and explained the mystery away out of applying for Probate and gave me a total fee upfront. In the following weeks I had calls with him for no further fee and updates on the process. Olivia Koublis who is stationed at Laurelo’s head office also contacted me and filled me with confidence about the process. Olivia girded me with assurance that Laurelo will guide me at every step of this journey. Today I dropped by the office unannounced and had a chat and a cup of tea. I can’t praise Laurelo enough for their compassion, guidance and being real. Thank you team LaureloPosted on deborah CarmichaelTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Zoe went above and beyond to support my cousin during the Probate and sale of her motherd property. My cousin is vulnerable and required a lot of hand holding. Zoe was available to her on many occasions and able to advocate for her. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending her and the company. Thank you is too small a comment.Posted on Kim BryanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
