Having had two family deaths within 7 months of which one required probate I was recommended to Laurelo. Michael attended my house with a colleague and explained what needed to be done, what services they could provide and the cost.  Though you might think to yourself 'I can’t see that they could do all that' yes, they can. Michael placed me in the hands of Carmen Cottingham. A lady who is caring, considerate, thinks outside the box and goes above and beyond and leaving no stone unturned.  She puts your mind at rest, and all her promises are kept, there is nothing that can’t be resolved, you don't need to motivate this lady.  Her efficiency and knowledge in this field is second to none and her expertise enabled probate to be granted two months in advance. You may think that is your job but you went above and beyond. Helping me with my questions that weren't related to my parents probate.

You answered my emails promptly or asked me to call if it was easier to explain directly. If only all the services I have used recently followed suit.

I live in the United States and when my mother passed away, aside from being grief stricken, I was at a complete loss as to how I was going to handle her estate as I didn’t live in the U.K. The solicitor who prepared her will referred me to Laurelo.
I worked with both Paul Radcliffe and Paul Baker who were both absolutely wonderful and reassuring.  They were also really easy to work with and the communication was excellent. Emails were answered immediately. Everything was handled in an extremely timely manner from the Grant of Probate to the completion of the sale of my mother’s house. I am forever grateful that I had such a WONDERFUL team taking care of everything across the pond! Very helpful and understanding of my circumstances when I first contacted them after the passing of my husband. Michael and Jerry talked me through everything and made the process of probate easy to understand. My probate was unfortunately delayed for quite some time due to a spelling mistake of my husbands name by the court. It was eventually settled this year. I would highly recommend this company, in particular Jerry Mahoney who was in charge of my case. He was always on the end of the phone to help and give updates and was friendly,courteous and easy to speak to. I had also spoke to the receptionist at the office on a couple of occasions and she too was very helpful and got back to me very quickly with a reply to a query.
