Following a bereavement, we contacted Laurelo for assistance with our probate application. The result was beyond all our expectations, a member of the team came to the house, walked us through the whole process step by step. Also answered any queries and offered guidance as we went through the various stages. They took all the drama out of it at a time when more drama was the last thing we needed. My father passed in December and I was recommended Laurelo’s services. Right from the get go they were incredibly helpful, from the first in-person meeting to the very last email, the team at Laurelo did an amazing job. Everything was explained during the first meeting on how the process would go and all costs associated with the services, there were no surprises, no hidden costs or unexpected expenses. I would specially like to mention Lynn, her communication was on-point, she explained everything in great detail and ensured I understood all the processes that were occurring. She kept me up-to-date on everything and did an amazing job of supporting me through the entire process. I do not live in the U.K which added an extra complication to my situation but it did not stop the quality of service I received. Knowing I had an experienced team working with me during this challenging time was a great stress relief and I would highly recommend Laurelo if you require any probate services. Laurelo have been amazingly helpful. We had been contacted by heir hunters who have appointed a very unhelpful solicitor. We approached Paul Radcliffe of Laurelo for independent advice and are so pleased we did. Paul and his colleagues have been kind, professional and supportive. We now understand the process and our rights so much better. I recommend Laurelo unreservedly and would use them again for any legal work.
