We’re a family-run probate business. No SEO machine. No extensive ad budget. No vast customer success department smoothing the edges. What we have is a team of exceptional human beings who show up every single day with a shared moral compass: put families first, do the right thing, and treat people with the dignity they deserve during one of the hardest chapters of their lives.

That’s it, our “strategy.” And somehow… it has carried us all the way to 100 authentic reviews from families who felt supported and properly looked after because something we did made a difficult moment a little lighter, and they wanted to acknowledge it. This isn’t vanity for us it is just validation that we continue to be better than the others.

The awards we’ve won and the accreditations we’ve achieved are great and these real-life reviews that we aren’t even investing heavily in collecting are further validation of us doing a really good job for the families we serve. 

Recently we’ve been asked how we have grown so successfully retaining our culture, it’s simple, if we feel that someone’s moral compass isn’t aligned with ours – whether they’re an introducer, a supplier, a client or a member of our own team, then we won’t move forward with them. If a person doesn’t have the wellbeing of our clients and our team in their bones, and integrity isn’t running through their veins then they’re simply not the right fit for Laurelo. We’re not interested in partnerships that make us compromise who we are. We work with people who show up with the same intention we do and to treat each other with respect. Those are the non-negotiables, anything less, and we’d rather walk away.
