About Laurelo
Our why – why we started
Following a negative probate experience with his own family our Founder committed to disrupting the way probate was administered for those looking for help. Laurelo is built on – families first, transparent costs and communicating clear processes; within a personal, face-to-face setting.
People, not billable time, is at the heart of everything we do.
We understand that grief and worry aren’t confined to 9-5, which is why we provide 24/7 support and engage with our families in person.
Our goal is to make probate as compassionate and straightforward as possible, walking families through the process step-by-step. This begins with, in-home meetings and continues with full, personalised support across a wide range of channels including a 24/7 adviceline.
who we are
We are independent with a very qualified leadership team of probate experts. Our people across operations, tech, admin, client services, finance, and growth are from very varied backgrounds – all of them bringing unique skills but a unified approach to managing grief and outstanding client care.
Working in bereavement means it is important that our team feel supported too. Our office dogs, Edie, the Miniature Labradoodle and Elbie, the Black Labrador were breeds selected for their loving, kind, caring, and instinctively compassionate nature. Our dogs are always around for a cuddle to help improve psychological well-being.
