Having been let down on far too many occasions by my previous Probate provider, I was looking for another who would provide excellent customer service, but was not also a competitor in the will writing industry.  I was contacted by Laurelo and had several conversations followed by a Zoom meeting with their management team, and was so impressed with their clarity of purpose, service standards, and reassuring responses to my detailed questioning.
