Introducing “Laurelo Lift” – Wellness Sessions for Our Team

Our continued success and growth is thanks to the support and dedication of our team. Over the past few weeks, the team have had the chance to share some of their personal stories about working with bereaved families. The team’s experiences have been invaluable, reminding us just how deeply our work touches lives. 

In addition to personal coaching sessions and discretionary benefits for the team we’ve been thinking about putting even more focus on wellness for a while now, and we’re thrilled to announce that we’re kicking things off with monthly sessions under the banner of “Laurelo Lift.”

Our sessions will focus on topics such as Compassion Fatigue, Mindfulness, Building Resilience, Self-Care, Acceptance, Commitment Training and much more. As mentioned, when we are happy with the format of these sessions we will look to open them up to a wider audience of our partners and introducers… WATCH THIS SPACE.

With the ambition of rolling this out to our introducers and partners once refined, these sessions are about creating a space to focus on our own wellbeing. The goal is to share experiences, learn how to manage the emotional weight that comes with our roles, and to understand how we can support each other collaboratively
