We’re incredibly proud to share that Laurelo has been awarded the Compassionate Customer Care – Gold Award, a national benchmark developed by Hospice UK.
This award is further validation that our people-first approach isn’t just lip service. It’s how we operate every single day: in families kitchens at 8pm, around hospital beds, and after long drives to families who have no one else to guide them.
