Join Us – We’re Hiring a Probate Consultant

We’re not a faceless firm or a corporate machine we’re a family-led, award-winning probate company that puts compassion, clarity and client care at the heart of everything we do.

Right now, we’re looking for a Probate Sales Consultant to join our growing team and help us continue doing probate differently.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in Will writing or estate planning or funeral planning who prefers guiding people over chasing leads, and who thrives in a world where order, kindness and professionalism all matter equally.

We’re after someone who:

• Has a clear, calm and simple way of speaking
• Brings a compassionate, client-first mindset
• Feels confident with basic probate and Will knowledge
• Is highly organised (we love neat paperwork!)
• Lives in the South East and is happy to travel across London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Suffolk or Oxford
• Has a strong moral compass and a desire to make a difference

This is a full-time, field-based role supporting families who’ve come to us via trusted partners. There’s no cold calling,  just genuine conversations with people who need a helping hand at one of the hardest times in their lives.
