Why We Exist
When someone dies, families need more than a process, they need people who care. Laurelo was born from a personal experience of just how hard probate can be, and how much kinder it should be. We set out to do things differently: putting families first, being transparent about costs, and guiding people through each stage with compassion. We don’t watch the clock, we listen, explain, and walk beside families until everything’s settled. That’s why we’re trusted nationwide for clear communication, fair pricing and exceptional service.

WHO WE ARE
We’re an independent, family-run team with decades of combined experience across probate, law, bereavement support, client care, finance and operations.
What unites us isn’t our job titles, it’s our shared belief that grief deserves gentleness and that great client care starts with genuine empathy. The entire Laurelo team works to the same moral compass.
We look after our own team with the same care we give our families. Working in bereavement is emotional work, so wellbeing matters. Our two office dogs, Edie the Miniature Labradoodle and Elbie the Black Labrador, are part of that selected for their naturally affectionate natures and ability to lift moods when it’s needed most.
