Independent family-owned Probate specialists honoured as ‘small but mighty’ at The Probate Research Awards
Specialist probate company Laurelo has been announced as the winner of ‘Best Probate Law Firm’ (small) at the fifth annual UK Probate Research Awards held in Westminster, London.
The award is yet another huge milestone for the close knit, family-run firm, and testament to the outstanding levels of service and family-centred customer care they are proud to provide to clients.
Laurelo Founder & CEO Michael Roughan comments:
“We are so proud to have won this award against such strong competition. This clearly shows that the face to face, 24/7 hand holding service we offer our clients works. Making a grieving family’s life easier during the probate journey is what really matters to us. We will not rest on our laurels and will continue to improve on our service offering, We look forward to using this win to help more families.”
Laurelo won The Best Probate Law Firm category dedicated to firms with less than 50 employees. Those shortlisted were assessed as industry leaders, and experts in their field who clearly demonstrate excellent customer service.
The judges picked Laurelo and described them as: “Small but mighty; a refreshing entry with client care at the centre of everything they do”. They went on to comment, “Despite their size they have built a solid reputation and deserve to have another award added to their belts.”
Using this national award win alongside their existing accolade from the 2022 British Wills & Probate Awards as “Best Probate Provider (South)” Laurelo plan to double down on their commitment to providing grieving families with an understanding, transparent, caring, and personal probate service.
