Laurelo is proud to be accepted as a member of The National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD), an inclusive and progressive voice for the funeral profession. Our NAFD membership complements our existing affiliation with The National Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors (SAIF) and aligns our shared values in delivering exemplary service and the very highest level of care.
It was following a negative probate experience with his own family that Laurelo’s Founder, Michael, committed to disrupting the way probate was administered for those looking for help. The morals of our business are based on our own ethics alongside those of our trade bodies. People are at the heart of everything we do, and we work to a strict code of conduct based on Integrity, Transparency, Openness and Confidentiality.
As a member of SAIF, we already also follow the Chartered Trading Standards Institute as an Alternative Dispute Resolution body. This means that, should it ever be required, we work with our trade body to resolve any disputes with families out of court. This gives them the confidence that any complaints will be handled professionally and fairly.
Working in the legal sector, yet mirroring the traditional values often found in Funeral Homes, we pride ourselves in delivering a fresh approach to the way probate is administered.
