PROBATE EXTRACTION ONLY is one of the most popular services we offer:
Our role is to complete and administer all court and tax forms, the Probate Application, and any other associated documents on behalf of our clients.
A Grant of Probate/Letters of Administration will come back from the courts in our client’s names only, therefore only they have the authority to liquidate or sell any of the assets within the Estate, (although our service handholds them through this entire process).
Once Laurelo is appointed this is the typical process of applying for Probate using our experienced team:
1) Schedule a kick-off call together to collate more information regarding the estate
2) Explain the Probate/Letters of Administration process and timescales
3) Collect the original Will (if there is one) and Death Certificate
4) We start preparing all applicable forms and explain any associated fees
5) We finalise and check information in the forms with our client – Application for Probate/Letters of Administration
6) Authorise all forms and submit to the courts
7) Support clients with any other documents or information that may need to be addressed at that time
8)Await courts response
9) Once courts respond we check through all documentation and support our client to close the Estate
You can find out more about our professional partners here, or if you’d like to speak to someone about working together, please get in touch with our Laurelo team for an informal chat.
