Changing the Conversation Around Death 

We’ve always believed that compassion should never be transactional especially when it comes to grief which is why we’re proud to have supported The Good Goodbye Project, a bold and beautiful initiative led by the team behind Grave Expectations. 

Their recently crowdfunded book, For When The Time Comes, is set to become a game-changing guide for anyone navigating the complex landscape of dying, farewells and what comes next. Compassionate, myth-busting and full of practical advice, it will offer support and clarity to people in their most vulnerable moments  whether they’re planning a funeral, preparing for the loss of a loved one, or simply trying to understand what’s ahead.

This book speaks directly to families like the ones we work with who are caught between loss and sometimes overwhelming decisions, often feeling alone and unsure where to begin. We meet families in freefall. And we know, first-hand, how desperately needed this kind of resource is.

For When The Time Comes will live in hospices, hospitals, libraries and community spaces. It will meet people where they are guiding, informing and empowering. It will help to open up conversations that so many of us have been told not to have.
