Introducer: Heir Tight Wills and Estate Planning
Location: Kent
Background
Having been let down on far too many occasions by my previous Probate provider, I was looking for another who would provide excellent customer service, but was not also a competitor in the will writing industry. I was contacted by Laurelo and had several conversations followed by a Zoom meeting with their management team, and was so impressed with their clarity of purpose, service standards, and reassuring responses to my detailed questioning.
How Laurelo Helped
I first tried Laurelo out on the young adult family of a friend, whose mother had died after a long illness and they very much needed hand-holding through the process. I had very good feedback from the family as to the care they were shown, and how effortlessly Laurelo worked with them to their timescales. I then passed Laurelo an existing client on a 2nd death, where the estate on 1st death had a Trust enabling the survivor to do some extensive tax planning through the gifting to their children. Laurelo dealt with the complex tax calculations after the surviving spouse died withing a couple of years, and they dealt with an HMRC audit succinctly.
Why Laurelo Were Different
Laurelo’s service is based on a very firm foundation of excellent customer service. There is no ‘one size fits all’ culture, and they provide a fixed fee upfront that is very reassuring to clients. Most importantly, they are very understanding, and treat every client as the client wishes to be treated – at the worst time of their lives when they have just lost a loved one.
“I am so glad I was contacted by Laurelo! They are my go-to contact for all things Probate, and my clients now all include them as a recommended Probate specialist in their Expression of Wishes Letters so their Executors know where to go for help.”
